All orders are made to order and processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

However, many One Love Tribe products are made to order and customized upon purchase. Because of this, some items may not qualify for cancellation or return under EU consumer protection laws unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
