At One Love Tribe Clothing, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.

Late or Missing Requests

Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
